Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Hajper version of the Hajper services made available via the domain hajper.bet (the "Website"). These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 (the "Effective Date") and apply to all access to and use of the Website by persons located in the United Kingdom.

Hajper is a brand within the ComeOn Group and is operated internationally by Co-Gaming Limited (company number C47444) and Hajper Ltd (company number C55043), both registered in Malta. Hajper is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and does not lawfully provide real-money gambling services to persons located in the United Kingdom. These Terms therefore govern only your informational use of Hajper at hajper.bet from the UK and, where applicable, any gambling services accessed from outside the UK in jurisdictions where Hajper is duly licensed.

Definitions

  • Operator means Co-Gaming Limited (C47444) and, where relevant for specific products, Hajper Ltd (C55043), each registered in Malta and forming part of the ComeOn Group, acting in relation to the Website.
  • Hajper means the online gaming brand operated by entities within the ComeOn Group and, for the purposes of these Terms, the Hajper version accessible via hajper.bet.
  • Website means the online interface and related pages available under the domain hajper.bet that refer to these Terms, including any mobile or app-based version.
  • User means any person who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses the Website, whether or not they register an Account.
  • Player means a User who successfully registers an Account (where permitted by law) and places Bets on Games offered by the Operator outside the United Kingdom.
  • Account means a personal user account created with the Operator for the purpose of participating in Games and managing funds, where such participation is lawful in the User's location.
  • Bet means any stake, wager, or similar entry placed by a Player on the outcome of a Game offered by the Operator.
  • Game means any casino, slot, live casino, betting, bingo, or similar gambling product made available by the Operator in a licensed jurisdiction.
  • Bonus means any promotional benefit (including bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashback, or similar) credited to an Account subject to specific conditions.
  • Wagering Requirement means the multiple of a Bonus and/or deposit amount that must be staked on eligible Games before Bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Real Money Funds means cash deposited by a Player and any winnings derived from such deposits, which are not subject to Wagering Requirements.
  • Bonus Funds means funds or winnings that are subject to Wagering Requirements or other conditions before withdrawal.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or territory in which the Operator is not licensed or where offering or using the Website's gambling services would be unlawful; for the avoidance of doubt, the United Kingdom is a Restricted Jurisdiction for Hajper.
  • UK Resident means any individual who is ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom or physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of accessing the Website.
  • Licensed Jurisdiction means a jurisdiction where the Operator holds a valid licence to provide online gambling services, including Sweden (under licence 20Si2440 issued by the Swedish Gambling Authority) and relevant Malta Gaming Authority licences.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher minimum age required by the law of your country of residence) to register an Account and participate in Games.
  • UK prohibition: UK Residents are not permitted to open an Account or place Bets with Hajper. Any attempt to open an Account or place Bets from within the UK is a breach of these Terms and may result in voiding of Bets and closure of the Account.
  • Location checks: The Operator uses geo-location, IP checks, and other controls to block access from Restricted Jurisdictions, including the UK, but cannot guarantee that all unauthorised access is prevented. You agree not to circumvent these measures (for example by using VPNs or proxies).

Registration Process and KYC

  • Information you must provide: To create an Account in a Licensed Jurisdiction (outside the UK), you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details, and update them when they change.
  • Verification (KYC): Before you can deposit, wager, or withdraw, the Operator may require identity, age, residence, and source-of-funds verification. This may include providing copies of identification documents, proof of address, and payment method documentation, or using secure electronic identity tools (such as BankID in Sweden) where available.
  • Refusal or closure: The Operator may refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account if required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, anti-money laundering, or responsible gambling reasons, or if information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

User Obligations and Security

  • Account details: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity by you unless you have previously notified the Operator of suspected misuse.
  • One Account: You may hold only one Account with Hajper in each Licensed Jurisdiction. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, and Bonuses or winnings may be cancelled where permitted by applicable law.
  • Prohibited use: You must not register or use an Account on behalf of another person, or on behalf of a business, and you must not sell, transfer, or allow others to use your Account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Access and Jurisdictional Restrictions

  • Location requirement: Bets are only accepted from Players who are physically located in a Licensed Jurisdiction at the time of placing the Bet. If you are in the United Kingdom, you must not place any Bets or participate in Games on Hajper.
  • Void Bets from Restricted Jurisdictions: If the Operator establishes that a Bet was placed from a Restricted Jurisdiction (including the UK), the Bet may be voided, any Bonuses cancelled, and, where lawfully permitted, winnings withheld. Real Money Funds may be returned, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations.

Placing Bets and Game Rules

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has specified minimum and maximum stake limits. You must not attempt to place Bets outside the limits shown in the Game interface; such Bets may be rejected or adjusted to the nearest permitted stake.
  • Acceptance of Bets: A Bet is only accepted once it has been confirmed on the Operator's servers and appears in your transaction history. Display errors, technical faults, or interrupted connections may cause a Bet not to be accepted, in which case you are not entitled to any winnings that would have arisen from that Bet.
  • Game outcomes: For slots, table games, and similar products, results are determined by a random number generator and/or the published Game rules. For live casino products, the outcome is determined by the physical actions and results shown by the live dealer and recorded by the Operator's systems.

Conduct and Fair Play

  • Live casino and chat behaviour: When using live casino tables or chat functions, you must not engage in harassment, insults, discriminatory language, threats, or any other offensive or unlawful conduct. The Operator may mute chat, remove messages, or exclude you from chat or Games for breaches.
  • Prohibited activities: You must not use bots, scripts, automated systems, or exploit software bugs, collude with other Players, or engage in any form of cheating or fraud. The Operator may investigate unusual patterns of play and suspend or close Accounts where fair-play concerns arise.
  • Responsible gambling: The Operator encourages responsible gambling and offers tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion in relevant Licensed Jurisdictions. The Hajper brand is not part of the UK GAMSTOP scheme and its UK self-exclusions do not apply to Hajper services.

Bonus Terms

Eligibility and Activation

  • Non-availability to UK Residents: Bonuses and promotions offered by Hajper are not intended for, and must not be used by, UK Residents. Any Bonus credited to a UK Resident's Account may be cancelled and associated winnings voided.
  • Bonus offers: Specific Bonus offers, including any welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, or loyalty rewards, are subject to the individual terms and conditions displayed with the offer on hajper.bet and may vary by Licensed Jurisdiction.
  • Activation: Some Bonuses require an explicit opt-in, a qualifying deposit, or entry of a promotional code. Unless otherwise stated, a Bonus is personal to the Player's Account and cannot be transferred.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Standard wagering: Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to Wagering Requirements (for example, a multiple of your Bonus and/or deposit amount) before they can be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
  • Time limits: Bonuses must usually be used and Wagering Requirements completed within a specified period (for example, 30 days from the date of credit). If you do not meet the requirements within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be removed from your Account.
  • Stake order: Unless otherwise indicated, Real Money Funds are staked before Bonus Funds. Wagers placed using Real Money Funds may contribute to Wagering Requirements for active Bonuses if expressly stated in the relevant offer terms.

Prohibited Games, Actions, and Combining Promotions

  • Game restrictions: Some Games or categories (for example, certain table games, low-risk betting strategies, or progressive jackpots) may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate to, Wagering Requirements. Any such restrictions will be disclosed in the applicable Bonus terms.
  • Irregular play: The Operator may treat as "irregular play" and deduct Bonuses or winnings where patterns suggest attempts to artificially meet Wagering Requirements (for example, very low-risk wagers, hedging, or collusive betting), subject always to applicable law.
  • Combining offers: Unless expressly allowed, you may not combine multiple Bonuses on the same deposit or Game round. The Operator may restrict participation in certain promotions based on your jurisdiction, product usage, or previous Bonus history.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Methods: In Licensed Jurisdictions (not including the UK), the Operator may make available various deposit methods, such as debit cards, bank transfers, instant banking services (including BankID-based solutions in Sweden), e-wallets, and, where permitted by law, selected cryptocurrencies.
  • Availability by jurisdiction: Not all payment methods are available in every country or for every currency. Specific options, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and potential fees are displayed in the cashier section of the Website.
  • UK prohibition: The Operator does not knowingly accept deposits from UK Residents. If you are located in the UK, you must not attempt to deposit funds. Any deposits made from the UK may be reversed and your Account restricted.

Withdrawals

  • Verification: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require completion of identity, payment method, and source-of-funds checks. Withdrawals may be refused or delayed where legally required or where reasonable fraud or money-laundering concerns arise.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within reasonable timeframes (for example, within a few banking days) but exact times depend on the payment provider and jurisdiction. Public holidays and additional checks may cause delays.
  • Method of payment: Where reasonable, withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used to deposit. If this is not possible, an alternative method may be offered, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

Refunds, Chargebacks, and Currency

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for play. In exceptional circumstances (for example, technical errors or proven unauthorised use), the Operator may consider refund requests in accordance with applicable law.
  • Chargebacks: You must not request chargebacks or reverse payments without legitimate grounds. Unjustified chargebacks may result in Account suspension, recovery of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Currency and conversion: Your Account may be operated in a specified currency. Where currency conversion is required, it will be conducted at prevailing rates used by the Operator or payment provider and may incur fees.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that Games are operated fairly, outcomes are produced by certified random number generators or equivalent mechanisms, and rules are clearly displayed for each Game. Independent testing and regulatory oversight may apply in relevant Licensed Jurisdictions.
  • Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Website and Games in a continuous and secure manner, but does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by failures of telecommunications, the internet, equipment, devices, or software beyond its reasonable control. Where a Game round is interrupted due to a technical failure on the Operator's systems, the Operator will endeavour to either restore the Game to its pre-failure state or otherwise handle the outcome in accordance with applicable rules and law.
  • Indirect loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (for example, loss of profits, business, or data) arising from use of the Website or Games.
  • Maximum liability: Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single Bet or Game will not exceed the amount of the Bet placed by you on that Game or, where relevant, the amount of Real Money Funds in your Account at the time of the incident, whichever is lower.
  • Illegal access from the UK: If you access or use the Website in breach of these Terms from within the UK, you do so at your own risk. The Operator accepts no liability for any consequences of such unlawful access, and any Bets or Bonuses may be voided as described in these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Website, including its software, code, databases, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio-visual content, and other materials, are owned by the Operator, other entities in the ComeOn Group, or their licensors.
  • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and only in jurisdictions where such use is lawful.
  • Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
  • Third-party content: Some Games and materials may be provided by third-party suppliers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the relevant suppliers and may only be used as part of the Website.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy policy: All personal data processed in connection with your use of the Website is handled in accordance with the Operator's privacy policy made available on hajper.bet, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
  • Legal framework: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) where relevant to UK Users, the EU GDPR, and the Maltese and Swedish data protection frameworks, as applicable.
  • Purposes of processing: Personal data may be used for purposes including account administration, verification, payment processing, prevention of fraud and money laundering, responsible gambling measures, compliance with legal obligations, and improvement of services.
  • Rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or business needs, while maintaining a fair balance between your interests and those of the Operator.
  • Notification: Where material changes are made, the Operator will take reasonable steps to notify Users, for example by displaying a notice or banner on the Website, updating the "last updated" date, and/or, where appropriate, sending an email or in-Account message at least a reasonable time before the changes take effect.
  • Acceptance of changes: If you continue to use the Website after the notified effective date of updated Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Website and, where you hold an Account in a Licensed Jurisdiction, you may request closure and withdrawal of any available Real Money Funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Termination & Suspension

By the User

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the tools provided on the Website or by contacting customer support, subject to completion of any outstanding verification and withdrawal procedures.
  • Responsible gambling measures: In Licensed Jurisdictions, you may also use responsible gambling tools (such as time-outs or self-exclusion) to restrict access to your Account, subject to the specific rules applicable in that jurisdiction.

By the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, restrict your access to Games, or withhold Bonuses where permitted by law if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, collusion, chargebacks, use of prohibited tools, or use from a Restricted Jurisdiction (including the UK), or where required by regulatory or legal obligations.
  • Funds on closure: Upon closure, and subject to any legal, regulatory, or contractual rights to void Bets or withhold funds, Real Money Funds in your Account will generally be returned to you using an appropriate payment method, after deducting any applicable fees or sums owed to the Operator, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Notification: Where lawful and practicable, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure and provide information on any steps you may take to resolve the issue or lodge a complaint.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • UK informational use: To the extent that these Terms relate to your informational access to Hajper at hajper.bet from within the United Kingdom (and not to any gambling services, which are not lawfully offered to UK Residents), they are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Gambling services from Licensed Jurisdictions: If you access Hajper's gambling services from a Licensed Jurisdiction outside the UK, the governing law and jurisdiction may differ depending on the relevant licence. For example, use of services under the Swedish licence 20Si2440 is generally subject to Swedish law and the jurisdiction of Swedish authorities and courts, while services under relevant Malta Gaming Authority licences are generally subject to Maltese law and authorities.
  • Complaints procedure: You should first raise any complaint with the Operator's customer support, providing full details of the issue. The Operator will aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly and may escalate them internally where necessary.
  • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR): For services provided under certain non-UK licences, an approved ADR provider (for example, eCOGRA for some Malta Gaming Authority-licensed activity) may be available, as described in the applicable local terms. IBAS is designated as ADR for Co-Gaming Limited's UKGC-licensed brands but does not accept complaints relating to Hajper, which is not a UK-licensed brand.
  • Mandatory consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent those rights cannot be legally limited or excluded.

  • Important note for UK Residents: As Hajper is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is geo-blocked from UK IP addresses, UK Residents do not benefit from UK-specific schemes such as GAMSTOP or UK-based ADR for Hajper services. If you are in the UK, you should only gamble with operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission.
