This privacy policy explains how Hajper, operating through the hajper.bet website and related services, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our sites, create an account, use our casino and betting services, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to website visitors, registered players, and other individuals whose data we process in connection with our services. Who We Are

For the purposes of this privacy policy, references to "Hajper", "we", "us" or "our" mean the Hajper-branded online gambling services offered via the hajper.bet domain and operated within the ComeOn Group of companies. In most cases the primary data controller for hajper.bet is:

  • Co-Gaming Limited, a limited company registered in Malta with registration number C47444, holding various gambling licences including a Combined Remote Operating Licence (account number 39286) issued by the UK Gambling Commission for brands such as ComeOn! (note: the Hajper brand is not an approved UK trading name under this licence).

We are part of the ComeOn Group, an international iGaming group founded in 2008, which owns and operates multiple brands in Europe, including operations licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/CRP/178/2009) and the Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen licence 20Si2440 for Hajper Ltd in Sweden).

What Personal Data We Collect

We collect and process different categories of personal data depending on how you interact with Hajper via hajper.bet and related services. This includes:

Identification and contact data

  • Basic details: full name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, gender (where required by regulation), username, and internal player ID.
  • Contact details: email address, telephone number, postal address, country of residence, preferred language.

Purpose of Processing

Disclosure & Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with carefully selected recipients and only where there is a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.

  • Group companies: companies within the ComeOn Group (including Co-Gaming Limited and Hajper Ltd) that support the provision of hajper.bet services, for example by providing shared IT infrastructure, compliance, risk, finance, and customer support functions.
  • Payment service providers and banks: providers of payment and payout services (such as card schemes, e-wallet providers, instant banking and "Pay N Play" providers, and banks) to process your deposits, withdrawals, and chargebacks, and to perform fraud and AML checks.
  • Technical and operational service providers: trusted third parties that provide hosting, cloud services, security and anti-fraud solutions, game platforms, analytics tools, customer support platforms, email and SMS delivery, and identity verification services.
